It's electrical hazard (EH) and slip resistant to ASTM F2892 (EH, SR), with a taller shaft that adds extra ankle support for heavy-duty applications like high steel work. The waterproof Red Wing full-grain leather upper with triple stitching and the three-layer Waterproofing System keep feet dry and deliver exceptional durability, and Goodyear welt construction makes the boot resoleable for a long service life — built for ironworkers, carpenters, and other high-environment trades.
