Ordering & Payment
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account allows you to track orders and save your information for future purchases.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment options shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at orders@circlewestern.com.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Shipping
How fast do orders ship?
Orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 1–7 business days, depending on how close you are to our shipping location.
Some customers receive standard shipping as quickly as next day.
Expedited and overnight options are available at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $200 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental U.S.
Company and corporate portal orders are excluded from free shipping.
Who do you ship with?
We ship using USPS and UPS.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
Will my order arrive in more than one package?
Possibly. Orders—especially company or special-order items—may ship in multiple packages depending on availability.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window starting from the date you receive your item.
Returned items must be:

Unworn and unused

In original packaging
-
With all tags fully intact

Free from odors
If you wouldn’t buy the item because of how it smells, we can’t sell it again.
How do I start a return?
Email orders@circlewestern.com to request a return.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
If we provide a return shipping label, a $20 flat fee will be deducted from your refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after the return is received and inspected.
Timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. You may exchange an item for:

A different product
As long as the original item:

Is unworn and unused

Has all tags intact

Is odor-free

Is in resalable condition
