Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Circle A Western Wear, we stand behind the products we sell while maintaining standards that allow us to continue offering quality merchandise to all customers. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Returns (Refunds)
We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return and refund, items must be:

In new, unworn, unused condition

With all original tags attached

In original packaging
-
Free from odors, including but not limited to smoke, food, cologne, perfume, fuel, or other strong smells
If you wouldn’t buy the item because of how it smells, we can’t sell it to someone else.
Items showing wear, damage, excessive handling, or odors will be denied and returned to the customer.
2. How to Start a Return

Approved returns must be shipped to:

If you request a prepaid return shipping label, a flat $20 label fee will be deducted from your refund.
Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
3. Exchanges (Size Exchanges Only)
We are happy to offer size exchanges to help ensure proper fit, provided the item meets all return condition requirements.
Exchange Conditions

Item must be unworn, unused, and odor-free

All tags must remain fully intact

Item must be in resalable condition
If an item does not meet these conditions, the exchange may be denied.
Exchange Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all exchanges

If we provide a shipping label, the label cost will be charged to the customer

Exchange shipping costs are non-refundable
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is:

Damaged in transit

Defective upon arrival
-
Incorrect (wrong item shipped)
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will work to resolve the issue.
5. Work Boot Warranty & Defects
Work boot warranty claims are handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s defect and warranty policy.

Manufacturing defects are determined by the manufacturer, not Circle A Western Wear

Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, or job-related damage are not considered defects

Once a boot has been worn, defect evaluation may require manufacturer inspection
Excluded Exposures
Exposure to the following substances immediately voids all manufacturer warranties:

Oil-based mud
-
Water-based mud
-
Sodium chloride, including saltwater, brine, or high-salt environments
Damage caused by any of the above is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not eligible for warranty repair, replacement, or credit, regardless of the age of the boot or length of use.
Circle A Western Wear may assist with submitting warranty claims when applicable; however, all approvals, denials, repairs, or replacements are solely determined by the manufacturer.

6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

7. Refund Processing
Once a return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
