Oklahoma Tax Free Weekend Under $100

Oklahoma's Sales Tax Holiday runs Friday, August 7 through Sunday, August 9, 2026.

Qualifying clothing and footwear priced under $100 per item are exempt from state and local sales tax. Every item below qualifies. There is no limit on how many you buy, and no ID or paperwork required.

Not included by state law: belt buckles and jewelry sold on their own, hats bands and hat care, boot care and boot accessories, wallets, purses and bags, sunglasses, fragrance, knives, and rentals. Any single item priced $100 or more is fully taxable, with no partial exemption.

Online orders qualify when they are placed and paid for during the holiday weekend.
