• Orders ship within 1 business day (Monday–Friday)

1. Processing Time

1.1 Orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

1.2 Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

1.3 During peak periods, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified if delays occur.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship using UPS and USPS.

Available options include:

• Standard Shipping (1–7 business days depending on location)
• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
• Overnight Shipping (1 business day)

Shipping times are estimates and do not include processing time.

Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control.


3. Shipping Rates

3.1 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout using real-time carrier rates.

3.2 Shipping rates vary based on:

• Order weight
• Package dimensions
• Shipping destination
• Selected shipping method

3.3 Expedited and overnight shipping are charged at carrier rates.


4. Domestic Shipping

4.1 We ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

4.2 We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.


5. International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.


6. Order Tracking

6.1 Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

6.2 Customers can track shipments directly through the carrier using the provided tracking link.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

7.1 Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

7.2 Circle A Western Wear is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit.

7.3 Customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier.

7.4 If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.


8. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

8.1 Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.

8.2 Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses may incur additional shipping charges.

8.3 If an order is canceled instead of re-shipped, original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.


B2B / Company Portal Shipping

This section applies to all company, corporate, or uniform program orders.


9. Company Orders (B2B)

9.1 This Shipping Policy does not apply to company or corporate orders.

9.2 Shipping terms for B2B orders are determined by individual company agreements and may vary.

9.3 Shipping may be:

• Charged at checkout
• Invoiced separately
• Included as part of a negotiated contract


10. Split Shipments (B2B Orders)

10.1 Company orders may ship in multiple packages based on inventory availability or vendor fulfillment.

10.2 Multiple shipping charges may apply based on actual carrier costs.


11. Delivery Timeframes (B2B Orders)

Delivery timelines may vary based on:

• Product availability
• Vendor lead times
• Special-order items
• Shipping destination

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.


12. Shipping Responsibility (B2B Orders)

Once shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Claims must be handled directly with the shipping provider.
