How long does it take to set a program up?
We can have you up and running in as little as 1 day from the kickoff call once we have your roster. Most programs are live the same week. Custom embroidery and multi-state rollouts can take longer, but the slow part is usually waiting on your roster file, not us.
Do you accept POs and offer NET terms?
Yes. We accept purchase orders and offer flexible terms — NET 30, NET 60, or NET 90 — based on your credit and program size. Some customers run all three depending on cost center.
What happens when an employee leaves?
The moment you deactivate them in the portal, their voucher stops working — no waiting on a sync. Any unspent voucher balance returns to the company pool immediately. They keep what they have already received; no clawback drama.
How are returns and exchanges handled?
Your dedicated account lead handles defects and exchanges with urgency to make sure your team stays outfitted on the job. The employee tells us, we send a return label, and we ship the replacement. No 800-number maze. Defective FR garments are replaced free regardless of policy.
Can the catalog be locked to FR-rated only?
Yes — and that is the whole point of the compliance floor. You set the floor (NFPA 2112, HRC 2, minimum cal/cm²) and the catalog literally cannot show employees anything below it. We also gate by ASTM F2413 for boots and ANSI 107 for hi-viz the same way.
What is the minimum crew size?
No formal minimum. We treat a 12-employee crew the same way we treat an 800-employee crew — same dedicated account lead, same compliance floor, same custom embroidery, same NET terms. If you take care of your people, we will take care of you.
Do you ship to job sites, not just home addresses?
Yes. Home, HQ, regional yard, or job-site trailer — your choice, configurable per employee or per order. Tracking goes to both the employee and the admin so nobody is hunting a box.
