Company Portal Exchanges Policy

Exchanges are permitted to help ensure proper fit and compliance with company programs.

Employees may exchange items for:

  • A different size, or

  • A different company-approved product

All exchange items must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Be unembroidered

  • Have original tags intact

  • Be free from odors

Any applicable shipping charges or price differences are handled according to company program rules.

Circle A & Manufacturer Errors
If an exchange is required due to a Circle A error or a manufacturer sizing defect, Circle A Western Wear will coordinate and process the exchange.

Examples include:

  • Incorrect size shipped

  • Incorrect item shipped

  • Manufacturer mis-sizing (item labeled one size but measures incorrectly)

This does not apply to sizing preference changes or employee selection errors.
