Shipping Responsibility
Circle A works closely with each company to structure shipping in a way that best supports their uniform and footwear program. Shipping responsibility may be:

Covered by a voucher

Paid by the employee
If a voucher covers shipping and the employee exceeds the voucher amount, any overage must be paid out of pocket by the employee.
Free Shipping
Free shipping does not apply to Company Portal orders.
Shipping is handled according to each company’s program terms and pricing structure.
Split Shipments
To ensure employees receive items as quickly as possible, company portal orders may ship in multiple shipments due to inventory availability, vendor lead times, or special-order items.
