Company Portal Terms of Service

These Terms govern all use of Circle A Company Portals.

Who Is the Customer
Both the company and the employee are considered customers. Employees act as authorized users of their company’s portal.

Approved Products & Safety Compliance
Company Portals are restricted to company-approved products.

Employees:

  • May not purchase items outside approved categories

  • Must comply with their company’s safety requirements

  • Should refer to company safety policies for required ratings

Allowances, Vouchers & Overages

  • Purchases exceeding allowances are the employee’s responsibility unless approved by management

  • The company is not responsible for overages unless authorized

  • Employees may not alter or bypass company policies

Any changes to approved products or rules must be requested by company management directly with Circle A.

Portal Access & Conduct
Portal access may be managed by Circle A and company administrators. Access may be suspended for misuse or abuse, and issues will be reported to management. Employees are expected to communicate professionally at all times.
