Circle A Western Wear works closely with trusted manufacturers and suppliers to fulfill orders but does not manufacture the products sold through our Company Portals.

As a result, Circle A is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, labor disruptions, supply chain interruptions, vendor or manufacturer delays, carrier delays, government actions, or system outages.

During such events, processing and delivery timelines may be affected and are not guaranteed. Circle A will make reasonable efforts to communicate delays, provide updates when available, and resume normal operations as quickly as possible.
