The PowerStep PULSE Performance is a full-length running insole with a soft, springy layer of ShockAbsorb foam over the whole insole. A firm but flexible polypropylene shell gives neutral arch support and a heel cradle that stabilizes the foot, and an EVA base adds cushioning underneath. PowerStep built it to absorb shock at impact and reduce stress on the feet, ankles, joints and tendons. The odor control top fabric helps cut heat, friction and sweat. It's designed for athletic walking and running shoes where the factory insole comes out.
