The PowerStep PULSE Plus Met is PowerStep's PULSE Performance running insole with a built-in foam metatarsal pad to help alleviate ball of foot pain. A firm but flexible polypropylene shell gives neutral arch support and a heel cradle that stabilizes the foot, and ShockAbsorb foam over an EVA base absorbs shock at impact. The odor control top fabric helps cut heat, friction and sweat. PowerStep designed it for athletic walking and running shoes where the factory insole comes out.
