The Ariat FR M7 Slim DuraStretch Basic is a flame-resistant jean for electricians, linemen, oilfield crews and utility workers who want a cleaner fit than a relaxed work jean. It's rated CAT 2 at 19 cal/cm², meets NFPA 70E and ASTM F1506, and is UL classified to NFPA 2112, so it covers both arc flash and flash fire. The belt-loop label reads CAT 2 and 2112. It's 13 oz DuraStretch denim that moves when you climb, kneel and reach. The M7 sits low, runs slim through the seat and thigh, and finishes in a 17.75-inch straight leg that works over boots. Reinforced belt loops, a no-rub inseam that lays flat, heavy-duty zipper and hardware, and extra-deep front pockets.
