The New Rig Life full-zip carries CAT 2 dual-hazard protection — flash fire and electrical arc — at 21 cal/cm², a long way above the 8 cal/cm² floor for CAT 2. It's built from an 11-ounce stretch fleece at 95% cotton with 5% elastane, so it gives at the shoulder instead of binding when you're pulling a full zip over a base layer. The zipper garage keeps the slider off your chin, self-fabric cuffs and hem finish clean without bulk, and a distressed flag graphic runs across the back.
