Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout using live UPS, FedEx, and USPS rates, based on your order, your destination, and the shipping service you choose.

How fast do you ship orders?
We process orders within 1 business day (Monday–Friday). Delivery time depends on the carrier and service you select at checkout and where the order is going. All orders ship from our store in Elk City, Oklahoma.

When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Do you offer expedited or overnight shipping?
Yes. Expedited and overnight options from UPS, FedEx, and USPS are available to choose at checkout.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes. We ship anywhere in the United States, with rates calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the U.S. and want to place an order, contact us at support@circleawestern.com or (580) 225-7363 and we will let you know what we can arrange.

Can I buy online and pick up in store?
Yes. We offer in-store pickup at our Elk City, Oklahoma location — just select store pickup at checkout and we will have your order ready.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, free of odors, and have all original tags attached. Boots must show no signs of wear outside of a carpeted or indoor area — leather-soled boots cannot have scratches. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes — we are happy to exchange an item for a different size. Contact our team at (580) 225-7363 or support@circleawestern.com and we will help you get the right fit.

What items cannot be returned?
Worn or laundered garments of any kind, including FR clothing, cannot be returned. A good rule of thumb: if you wouldn't buy the item in the condition you are sending it back, we likely can't accept it. Boots showing scratches or wear, items missing original tags, items with odors, and items returned after 14 days also cannot be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Sizing & Fit

Do your boots and clothing run true to size?
Sizing varies by brand — every brand fits a little differently, so we don't rely on a single universal size chart. For the best fit, we recommend checking with our team before you order.

How do I find the right size?
Call or text us at (580) 225-7363 and our team will help you dial in the right size and fit. You are also welcome to get fitted in person at our Elk City store.

FR Clothing & Safety Gear

Do you carry flame-resistant (FR) clothing?
Yes. We stock FR shirts, pants, coveralls, and outerwear built for oilfield, electrical, and industrial work, including Bulwark FR.

How are your FR garments rated?
Every FR garment lists its rating — HRC 1, HRC 2, HRC 3, or HRC 4 — on its product page, so you can match the gear to your job's hazard category. Many of our FR garments also meet NFPA 2112 and/or NFPA 70E standards.

Can you help me choose the right FR gear for my job?
Yes. Tell us your job's requirements — HRC level, safety toe, EH rating — and our team will match you to the right gear. We fit oilfield, ranch, and industrial workers across Oklahoma and Texas every week.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Shop Pay Installments lets you split eligible purchases into multiple payments at checkout.

Company & B2B Orders

Does Circle A offer company boot and uniform programs?
Yes. We run boot vouchers, managed allowances, payroll-deduction setups, and full uniform programs for oilfield, industrial, and construction employers across Oklahoma and Texas. Learn more on our Employee Allocation Programs page.

How does my company set up a boot or uniform program?
Get in touch through our Employee Allocation Programs page, or contact our team, and we will help you build a program around your budget, safety requirements, and crew size.

Do company or uniform orders follow the same shipping policy?
No. Company and B2B orders follow separate shipping agreements based on the company's program.

How is shipping handled for company orders?
Shipping may be charged at checkout, invoiced separately, or included based on the company's agreement.

No — we carry many more items in store than we list online. If you are looking for something specific, call or text (580) 225-7363 and we will check our shelves for you.

Absolutely. You are welcome to shop our full range of western wear, work boots, and FR clothing in store, and our team can help you find the right fit.

Do you fit work boots and FR gear in person?
Yes — in-person fitting is what we do best. We fit oilfield, ranch, and industrial workers from across Oklahoma and Texas every week. Bring your job's requirements (HRC rating, safety toe, EH rating) and we will match you to the right gear.

We carry leading western and workwear brands including Ariat, Twisted X, Red Wing, Thorogood, Carhartt, Wrangler, Bulwark FR, Anderson Bean, and Justin, across boots, FR clothing, and western apparel.
